Smoking. Sun Exposure. Squinting. All of these things have something in common. They cause your skin to look older and give you wrinkles. But did you know that sleeping can also be on this list? Take it off the list with this tip!
Today’s Tip is… Sleep on Your Back.
Sleeping on your front and side cause your face to be in contact with the pillow. Not only can this make you breakout (the dirt and oil on the pillow getting into your pores), but it will cause wrinkles in the long run. The best option is sleeping on your back. However, for many people, this is very uncomfortable. Reduce the aging effects, and still sleep on your side, by switching sides and using a silk or satin pillowcase, instead of cotton.
