Daily Tip: October 19th, 2015

As the weather gets colder and the air gets crisper, your skin can get very dry. Changing your skincare routine through out the year, depending on the season and weather, can really help your skin. Treating summer skin, usually more oily and exposed more often to the sun, should be different than treating winter skin, which constantly exposed to rough wind. This tip is my favourite way to update my skincare routine in the fall time!

Today’s tip is… Add A Drop or Two of Oil to Your Moisturizer.

Adding drops of oil will take that light summer moisturizer and turn it into a moisturizer that still feels light on the skin but is even more hydrating and moisturizing. I personally use The Body Shop Coconut Dry Oil. I absolutely love this stuff. It leaves my skin hydrated and glowing without leaving it feeling super oily and disgusting.

How do you adapt your skincare routine in the fall? Let me know in the summer below!

P.S. You don’t need to pay a lot of money for a good oil. Here are a few that you will probably be able to find right in your pantry!
