Today’s tip is… Add Some More Water.
For every cup of coffee, tea, soda or alcoholic beverage, you should be drinking an extra glass of water then you normally do. Although many of these drinks are mostly water, the other ingredients, such as caffeine, are dehydrating. Therefore, if you drink one cup of coffee, drinking an extra cup of water will help balance out the dehydration.
