During the summer months, I am even less motivated then normal to drag myself out of bed and begin my day. And I know I am not the only one. So this tip is for all of you who are on the same boat.
Today’s tip is… Take Two Minutes.
Right when you wake up, take two minutes to do a total body stretch. This will get your blood flowing and slowly wake up your muscles, making it easier to get out of bed. Starting with reaching your fingers as far as possible then rolling them into a fist to making circles with your ankles, you don’t even have to leave your bed to do this. Take 10 seconds for each body part and you will be done and ready to bring on the day in no time!
