What do You Need…
- Mason jar or BPA-free reusable water bottle (with lid) that can hold at least 22 oz.
- Juice or tea
- Sea salt (the better the salt, the more minerals you’ll get)
- Honey or agave (optional)
So you will want to follow the formula:
20 oz. water + 1/2 tsp. sea salt + about 1/4 cup juice or brewed tea + 1 tsp. honey or agave (optional)
Place all you ingredients in a mason jar and shake it up!

Take the juice from 1/2 of a lemon and 1/2 of a lime
Take the juice from an orange or two tangerines
Instead of juice or tea, let two slices of cucumber and a few chunks of a melon soak in the water for an hour before adding the salt.
Steep three mint leaves in the water for an hour before adding the other ingredients and the juice of 1/2 a lime.
Brew 1/4 cup of hibiscus tea and let it cool. Then add about a tablespoon of orange or lime juice.
Let a handful of blueberries soak in the water for about an hour, so the flavour is infused. then add two tablespoons of pomegranate juice.
