Today’s tip is… Don’t Eat Egg White Omelets.
I have been guilty of ordering a egg white omelet when at a fancy restaurant, but according to Alexandra Samit, a nutritionist, this is one of the biggest mistakes people make without realizing.
Apparently, egg whites lack a lot of nutrients which be found in the yolk, such as iron antioxidants, vitamin B and many more. And, even though there are high levels of cholesterol in the yolk, studies have shown that those cholesterol don’t affect your body’s cholesterol.
