Want long, thick hair? Then try these vitamin B packed berries. They will help send oxygen and blood to your scalp, causing your hair to grow faster and thicker.
Next up, we have cherries which have a ton of antioxidants. This helps reduce wrinkle, fine lines and pigmentation. Also, the antioxidants help free radical damage in the skin.
