Today’s tip is… Workout while Sitting at Your Desk.
I do this all the time (I was when doing this when writing this post). There are tons of little moves you can do to get in a workout while at your desk. You can try:
- Rotating Your Ankle. This will increase your ankle’s flexibility and reduce the chance of spraining it.
- Arm Circles. Rotate your arms around circles to relax your shoulders and tone your arms.
- Waist Turns. Turn at your waist to tone your abs and stretch your back.
- Leg Lifts. By doing leg lifts, you will not only tone your thighs, but also your abs.
