Today’s tip is… Don’t Count Calories.
I know that when you are trying to be healthy or loss weight, it would make sense to count the calories you eat and try to reduce them. But don’t. Instead of paying attention to a number, pay more attention to the food and nutrients your putting in your body. Switch out milk chocolate for dark chocolate, potato chips for baked sweet potato chips and sugar for agave. These changes will give you more of the nutrients you need, and the calories don’t matter.
