It is finally Friday. So lets start the weekend off with a good’s night sleep using this tip.
Today’s tip is… Avoid Water Right Before Bed.
Water is super as a ton of benefits but helping with sleep isn’t one of them. Even when you are asleep, your digestive system is well at work. Therefore, drinking water within 60-90 minutes of falling asleep will most likely disrupt your sleep later, when you have to go to the washroom.
Other foods/drinks you shouldn’t have before bed is steak and fries, caffeinated tea, alcohol, dessert, fruit and fruit juices.
