Daily Tip: May 4th, 2015

Nobody really likes Mondays. Getting back into the swing of things after the weekend can be hard. So today’s tip will help you feel refreshed and ready to start off your week.

Today’s tip is… Drink Iced Fruit Tea.

I recently came across this recipe and I knew I had to give it a try. I am hooked. It is so refreshing and reminds me of spring. Another bonus is that it is healthy and low in calories.

Ingredients

  • Fruit (I like lemon and strawberries)
  • Tea (I like peppermint tea for this recipe)
  • Water
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Chop up your fruit and add it, along with the ice and tea into a glass.
  2. Top it off with water and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the flavours.
  3. Drink up!
